My tooth hurts! Can you look at it right away?
If you have a specific tooth that is causing problems and you only want that tooth fixed, we will treat you as an emergency patient. You will receive a limited, problem focused exam and x-ray, which will determine the diagnosis. After the exams and x-ray, we will advise what treatment is needed and any payments needed the day of the visit. Upon securing financial arrangements, we can perform the treatment that same if our schedule allows or schedule the work to be completed during a future appointment.
Do I need to fill out new patient forms before I visit?
No forms are needed beforehand. We collect information over the phone when you make your appointment and enter the information digitally into our computers. When you visit for the first time, you simply review, verify and sign documents before you see the dentist.
I want a second opinion about a treatment. Can you help?
If you have x-rays from your previous dentist, we will be happy to give you a second opinion. If you don’t have x-rays from your previous dentist and an x-ray is needed, there is a small fee for the x-rays. We must consult a current set of x-rays in order to give a proper diagnosis.
Do you do give free orthodontic evaluations?
We will do courtesy orthodontic evaluations to determine whether or not you are a candidate for orthodontic treatment, and more specifically, if you a candidate for Invisalign (invisible braces without wires or metal). If you are an Invisalign candidate, we will schedule an orthodontic work-up to collect all information needed to for orthodontic treatment.
I’m a new patient. What can I expect during my comprehensive exam?
A comprehensive exam includes:
- A full mouth series of x-rays that will determine whether or not there is decay in-between the teeth
- A complete periodontal examination which will determine the health of the gum tissue and verify any existence of gum disease
- A complete diagnostic examination by the doctor to diagnose all treatment needed.
The dentists will recommend treatment, address the top priorities and reasons for your dental visit. Together, we will agree on a treatment plan that is best for you.
What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept dental PPO plans. Read more information about insurance and payment plans.
